How to hire and FAQ's
1. Browse Our Collection: Start by exploring our website or make a booking to visiting our fitting room to view our range. ( There are currently no booking fees). This allows you to try on as many dresses as you'd like for 45 minutes.
2. Send your hire requests: Once you have selected your ideal dress, proceed with the reservation. You'll need to provide basic information and pay a security deposit to reserve the dress for the hire period. Reservation fees vary based on the dress and rental duration. 3. Receive/collect your garment: On your chosen date within the hire period, collection or delivery will take place.
Delivery is at an extra cost.
The remainder of the hire fee must be paid before receiving the garment. 4. Enjoy Your Event: Wear your stunning dress and shine at your event! We're thrilled to be a part of your special occasion. 5. Return the Dress: After your event, return the dress on the agreed date. We'll take care of the cleaning, so you just need to bring it back in the provided garment bag. 6. Deposit refund: After inspection of the garment, if all is in order, the security deposit will be refunded.
