How long is the dress hire period?The dress hire period is a maximum of 4 days, including the collection day. Extensions are possible with additional costs.

However, to ensure availability and fairness for all our customers, we have a strict late return policy. If a dress is returned past the agreed-upon return date, a late fee will be applied. This fee is calculated on a daily basis and is outlined in your rental agreement. Late fees help us manage our inventory effectively and maintain high service standards. To avoid any additional charges, we recommend returning your dress by the specified date and time. If you foresee any delays, please don't hesitate to contact us as soon as possible to discuss potential solutions.

What is the policy on cleaning and alterations for rented dresses?For your convenience, all dress rentals include complimentary professional cleaning, so you don't have to worry about any post-event hassles. Simply return the dress in its worn condition, and we'll take care of the rest. Furthermore, if your rented dress needs minor adjustments to ensure the perfect fit, we offer in-house alteration services. Just let us know your needs at your try-on, and our skilled team will handle the rest, ensuring your dress fits like a dream.

What is the policy on damages and loss?We understand that accidents can happen. If a garment is returned with minor damage, such as small stains or tears, we will assess the repair costs and deduct a fee accordingly from the security deposit. For significant damages or if the dress is lost, the client is responsible for covering the full replacement value of the garment at up to 150%.
