By agreeing to the following, you are entering a formal binding agreement between yourself and Lindoza Dress Hire.

Hire Period and Late Returns

Hire Period:

• The hire period is a total of four days, which includes the day of collection.

• Extension of the hire period at an additonal cost may be requested.

Late Returns:

• Late Returns can affect future bookings, therefore on-time returns are important.

• Late Return fees are applicable at 25% of the total hire fee.

Deposits and Customer Cancellations.

Booking the dress:

• To secure the date, 50% deposit of the total invoice is required.

Security Deposit:

• An additional 50% of the total dress hire fee is added to the tota of the invoice.

• This fee shall be returned once the dress has been returned and inspected for damages.

Cancellations:

• Cancellations within 20 days or less before the date of the booking will result in loss of the 50% deposit.

• A voucher will be provided to the value of the deposit, which is valid for 6 months.

Cleaning and Alterations.

Cleaning:

• The cost of cleaning is included in the hire fee.

• At no point is the renter or anyone else allowed to clean the dress or try remove stains from the dress.

• The renter will be billed 100% of the original dress cost if any permanent stains occur. (Not including the hire fee)

Alterations:

• No alterations are to be done to the dress by the renter.

• Any alterations made will result in extra charges.

Damages or Loss

Damages:

• Irreparable damages will result in a bill of 100% of the orignal dress cost.

• Minor damages will result in the loss of the security deposit.

Loss:

• Loss of the dress will result in a bill of 150% of the dress cost.
